Woolwich Barracks Residence
After escape of water in the kitchen area, we provided a full investigation into damages suffered for our client. The findings were presented to the insurer after finding a common tier 1 health hazard directly related to the water damage.
Scope of works: Electric report, full rip out and disposal, plaster boarding and skim coat, redecoration, new kitchen supplied and fitted, new subfloor and LVT fitting and full mastic.
London Bridge Residence
We delivered the full timber flooring package across four floors, covering over 400m². This project featured classic herringbone engineered flooring alongside a bespoke geometric design made up of trapezoids, triangles and rhombuses. This custom pattern was installed in the entrance and kitchen area - the true focal points of the home and cleverly placed by the architect - creating a striking first impression while maintaining a refined, seamless finish throughout this home.
Primary School Canteen
This project saw us design and complete the full school canteen refurbishment that extended into throughout the attached corridors, transforming the space into a practical and welcoming environment. The works included redecorations to the walls, new fire doors fitted, uplift and replacement of the existing floor finish, and a new sink area featuring new taps, unit and backsplash.
We also installed whiterock sheeting to protect the plasterboard from everyday wear and tear, creating a durable, hygienic space built to perform in a busy school setting everything finished with mastic to all joints.
